Outer Ridge | Nantucket
Outer Ridge is located on the West end of the island in Fisher’s Landing, an area of Warren’s Landing, and between Madaket and Eel Point Beaches. The home enjoys stunning water views from three levels and has an oversized widows walk with sweeping views of Warrens Landing, Madaket Village, Tuckernuck, and the 40th Pole Beaches, while watching the ferries come and go from a distance. Sunset floods the house with spectacular Nantucket sunset.
With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, all guests have the ultimate privacy in slumber and personal care. Want some quiet time? There are two decking areas, a reading nook with a reading library, a media room, a sauna, a sunroom, and two living rooms. The expansive kitchen begs for creating an amazing meal to help avoid Nantucket’s very busy restaurant scene.
The Great Room
The second floor of the home with 30 foot ceilings is an open concept layout. It enjoys a well appointed kitchen, living room area, dining area with fireplace, reading nook and king bedroom with full bath.
A large deck with outdoor furniture and grill are located outside the sliding doors off the dining area.
Loft to Widow's Walk
Within the Great Room is a spiral staircase leading to a spacious loft with ships ladder to a large Widows Walk.
The First Floor
The first floor has a second living room with fireplace, king bedroom with full bath, queen bedroom with full bath, laundry room and access to a first floor deck.
The Lower Level
The lower level has a private queen bedroom with access to the outdoors. This level also enjoys a full bath and double/ twin bunks. During a recent renovation, a media area was added with an eighty five inch flatscreen surround sound and Italian leather sectional couch.
