The Great Room
The second floor has 30 foot ceilings in an open concept layout. A well appointed kitchen, living room area, dining with fireplace, reading nook & king bedroom with full bath. A large deck with outdoor furniture and grill are located outside the sliding doors off the dining area.
The Loft
There is a spiral staircase leading to a spacious loft which sleeps 4, and a ships ladder to a roof deck … The Widow’s Walk.
The First Floor
The first floor has a second living room with fireplace, king bedroom with full bath,
queen bedroom with full bath, laundry room and access to a first floor deck.
The Lower Level
The lower level has a private queen bedroom with access to the outdoors.
This level also enjoys a full bath and double/ twin bunks.
There is a media area with an eighty five inch flatscreen surround sound and Italian leather sectional couch.
